Pato-Cassette special design allows usage for multiple purposes. Biopsy tissue processing is possible with the help of small biopsy area which is 0,25 cm2 with micro holes, locked with the help of Lid to keep the biopsy safely inside the cassette.
Routine tissue processing is also possible with the same cassette. Routine tissue area is 10,50 cm2 and samples up to 4mm of thickness can be processed. Tissue embedding can be easily performed by breaking the Lid.
Pato-Cassette can be used effectively for both Biopsy and Routine processing. Pato-Cassette can hold different samples of the same patient in the same cassette. Pato-Cassette has a 45 C suitable marking area for Cassette Printers.
